Just have to make sure the dressing is. Today at McD's I am sure the guy thought I was nuts when I ordered a southwest salad with no chicken (last I read McD's chicken had gluten) and no chips (they didn't have a label on them & I didn't want to take a chance). The dressing was GF, so I did use that. Never a dull moment, that's for sure!Chef Mama Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10687302929905648791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3387367088959209308.post-66149357208369173402009-07-16T04:42:45.471-05:002009-07-16T04:42:45.471-05:00I have been using my stones for years, and only re...I have been using my stones for years, and only recently have been diagnosed with Celiac. I do scrub my stones with light soap and rinse obessively, and so far it has been fine. My Celiac was caught eary so little, little things don't affect me. But this is good to know. Baking GF is such a challenge, esp trying to find a decent bread. I won't give up my PC...no way, no how!!Kari Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16488969461278984813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3387367088959209308.post-10867045083471449232009-06-22T17:24:08.494-05:002009-06-22T17:24:08.494-05:00Thanks Lori! (experiment is a lose term...we are doing so under guidance!) My older son was recently diagnosed with autism so that why we're doing different things with him. We decided to go GFCF one at a time. My next son shows symptoms of Celiacs and it runs in both families. Never a dull moment around here!<br />I used my other sign in name so you can see our progress with my oldest so far!Cloth by Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02904888619338897886noreply@blogger.com
